21. NAUSEOUS

A few days after, Emery woke up feeling so weak. She opened her eyes to an empty space on Benhail's side of the bed. He has probably gone to work or was at the gym. Yawning loudly, she moved her hand to the cabinet and picked up her phone, she glanced down to check the time, it was past ten in the morning.

"What? What?" She furrowed her brows. She didn't know time was far spent. She had planned to go visit Amery and Lola at home today. She hurriedly got out of bed and ran into the bathroom. She got inside, shut the door, and slipped into the bathtub but quickly ran out to throw up when she was feeling nauseous; the scent of her soap irritated her for the first time since she'd been using it, she clutched her tummy as she vomited into the toilet's bowl. She stood up and washed her face with some water.
