Chapter 9 In a hurry, little bird?

Scarlett blinked her eyes, thinking of him as a hallucination. But, when she looked up at him again, he was standing in front of her.

She was tipsy because of the wine she had in her dinner. Scar specially ordered it for their anniversary which never happened and she just gulped the whole bottle by herself.

The cold and domineering aura radiated from him, capturing her in the intense situation as if he was the emperor.

And the face of him started recollecting the memories the night of a few days ago. The night she was betrayed by her stepmother and lost her precious virginity to a stranger. And since then nothing has gone right in her life. Just the next morning, she found out her boyfriend pounding on her stepsister. She got to know about the relic of her mother and yet to get it, she had to attend an arranged banquet!

All of this started after she spend her night with this man! The thought gradually angered her. At the moment, she couldn't think of any right or wrong. It's just him!
