Luna Mona POV

“And what would that be?” Meg asked.

“Think about it," I said, "you said that all of the past mates have either been a human or a witch. That includes Heather’s Mom. Therefore, they have been unable to mark the twins in return. If Heather is my boys’ mate, and she is able to shift, which the chances of that being very high since she is already in contact with her wolf and her father was a Beta, she will be able to mark the twins.” I can’t stop the smile that spreads across face. I can’t wait to tell Shane.

“You’d almost think that something or someone made sure that Heather’s Mom got a chance to meet the right guy and have a kid with her mate.” Meg says with a chuckle. “Oh I almost forgot I have a picture that I took. It’s a spot that is on what used to be the original pack lands. I think it will explain why the elders settled the new pack where they did.” Meg says, with a smile on her face and more joy in her voice than I'd heard in way too long.

    Heather POV I looked down at my hands where they were resting on the guys’ hands. I moved my gaze up my arm and looked at both Reed and Lucas’ marks on their necks.
