Chapter 43

Heather POV

Rolling over and seeing the sun shining through the balcony doors, it took me a few minutes to remember where I was. The last thing I remember from last night was sitting on the couch with Reed and Lucas to watch a movie. I must have fallen asleep and one of them carried up here. I flip the covers back, sit up and look at the time on my phone. It's 7:30, so since training has been pushed off until 9:00 today, I have plenty of time to go make some breakfast with time to clean up before having to head out. I pull on some black bike shorts with electric blue stripes down the side, a black sports bra and a loose razor back tank in the same electric blue as the stripes. Grabbing a pair of socks and my running shoes from the closet, I really need to get a new pair before starting school. This pair has seen better days.
