HE CLOSED HIS eyes as he thought. He would not be able to take it if the search failed.

His wolf barked a warning as its human counterpart no longer paid attention to it. Archer had no other choice but to watch the whole process.

On getting Archer's attention, the Wolf concentrated on the mate bond. He focused all his spiritual energy on locating the person on the other side of the bond. Archer could feel his energy draining in huge amounts the more the wolf searched.

His wolf gave into exhaustion first and shifted back into the human form. Archer lay naked on the floor, panting and drained.

His eyes began to close as his energy seeped away. He was quickly losing consciousness. Archer's eye rolled to the back of his head and he lost consciousness, not before thinking aloud,

"Hotel Aqua."

Archer's green eyes shot open. He was greeted by white ceilings and a very unfamiliar room: a white room.

He pulled the comforter off him to see that he was also dressed in formal
