ONE-HUNDRED AND FORTY-NINE

Clarissa and Archer sat down opposite each other at the dining hall as they dug into an apple smoothie and chicken rice with sauce. It was so delicious to Clarissa and she found that she was eating more than was required. Who could really blame her, it was a bit too much, and she liked the whole vibe of it.

“It’s so good sitting here being silly, and trying to mind our business. I truly love it for us, and no matter what people say this is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I’m glad I met you, babe,” Clarissa said softly.

Archer rose her brows at him. She honestly didn’t understand what he was talking about. Though, she was trying to do so. It was so weird all the things that were being said today and she wanted nothing more but for things to go on smoothly.
