It had only been a few days, but Daddy's hair had turned completely white. His face got even more wrinkly.

He had a diary in his hand. His voice was almost gone, hoarse and strained. When he looked at Mommy, there was unmistakable hatred in his eyes.

"This is Ivan's diary. There's also a voice recording I'd like you to hear."

Daddy said nothing and immediately played the voice recording on his phone.

When Sean said those words, I felt nothing. I was used to it already. I was not even sad. However, Mommy acted intensely. She slapped Sean on the face.Sean clutched his face, his eyes widening in disbelief."How dare you hit me?! You’ve never once hit me before. Now, you're hitting me all because of Ivan!"Sean yelled in rage.He was not wrong. In the past, Mommy would only hit me. She would never hit him.It was too late. 'I no longer love you, Mommy. I'm dead. You're no longer my mother.'Mommy looked at her hand in surprise. She tried to explain, "N-No, it wasn't me. I never wanted Ivan to die."She kept muttering to herself while looking at Sean. Then, she yelled hysterically, "It's you! It's all because of you that Ivan died! I did nothing wrong! It's all your fault! You're the one who should be dead! How could I have such an evil son?! You're not my Sean! Give me my Sean back!"A storm raged outside. A peal of thunder boomed, accompanied by lightning.Sean bit Momm

He was the one who pushed me. He even put a plastic bag over my head."John was Sean's real name, the name he had before he got sick. Only then did I realize that the girl in the recording was the same classmate he had nearly drowned in the river."He told me not to tell anyone. He even put animal body parts in my ba

When I saw the scene, my entire body went rigid with fear.I yelled at Sean with a trembling voice. The moment he saw me, a flicker of panic crossed his face. His hands quickly moved behind his back, trying to hide what he had done. However, I did not look at him. All of my attention was on the girl. I quickly rushed over and tore the plastic bag off her head. Her face was completely pale. She had lost all consciousness.I frantically put out a finger beneath her nose. Luckily, she was still alive.I let out a sigh of relief before slapping Sean across the face. That was the first time I hit him.The incident blew up quickly. The girl was rushed to the hospital by ambulance. However, I lied and said she had fallen into the water by accident.I did not expose Sean. After the incident, I wanted to tell Mommy the truth, but Sean knelt on the ground, pleading with me with reddened eyes and tears streaming down his face.He was my little brother, the one I had protected since he w

At first, I did not understand why my parents were separating.I knelt and begged them not to leave, but I still could not change their minds.Daddy bent down in front of me, looking at me with reddened eyes. He asked, "Ivan, do you want to come with me and leave the two of them?"I retreated in terror, determined to choose Mommy.I replied, "Daddy, Mommy will be tired looking after Sean. I want to stay and look after them."He chuckled as tears fell. He gently patted me on the head, saying, "Ivan, you're a big boy now. You've gotten mature, but you'll be suffering being with Mommy."I looked at him and said determinedly, "I'm not afraid of suffering."When Daddy found out I got sick, he had come to see me.When I saw him again, there were more gray hairs on his head.I heard him talking to Mommy. I also knew that he would be giving Mommy all of his savings. He cheered me up, telling me to be good during treatment, and that everything will get better.I still died in the end

[It's true. I'm not lying to you.]In the photo, my body lay in the morgue, with a white shroud covering the lower half of my body.My face had no color. When Mommy saw the photo, she was so terrified she stumbled a few steps backward. With surprise in her gaze, she kept muttering, "Impossible. He's done so many rounds of dialysis. How could anything happen to him?"She was just nervous, but there were no signs of regret in her gaze.I looked at her and smiled.'Yes, Mommy. I've been through so many rounds of dialysis, yet why won't you feel sorry for me? Why do you only have Sean in your eyes? I held on for so long. I really did.'Sean sensed something was off with Mommy. He went up to her and tugged the hem of her shirt."Mommy, what's going on?" he asked with feigned innocence.Only I knew how dark his heart truly was.Mommy looked at Sean with a darkened gaze. She forced a smile and hugged him."I'm fine. Sean, you're amazing for showing concern for Mommy."…Mommy di

I wanted to say something else when Mommy hung up on me.As the storm raged on outside, I patted myself to try to calm myself down.'How could I be so immature? How could I ask Mommy to come over to be with me in such a huge storm? It's fine. Ivan, you can do it.'In the end, I could not hold on any longer. The illness consumed me and I closed my eyes forever. It turned out that Mommy knew everything. She just did not like me.Why?…When I was younger, Daddy and Mommy dumped me with Grandma.Back then, Grandma told me, "Ivan, you're a great kid, but your Mommy just doesn't like you."I did not believe her. I retorted in a huff, "You're wrong! Mommy likes me the best!"I angrily hit Grandma with my tiny fists before shoving her aside. She replied, "If your Mommy likes you, why did she give you to me? Your Mommy doesn't like you! She doesn't want you anymore!"I froze on the spot because of Grandma's yelling. My face flushed red as I stammered, "N-No. S-She's just too busy."
