Aryan swallowed hard as Zaire walked closer to him, and stood before him.

He bowed his head low from the pressure of Zaire's oppressive glare.

"I said, where is he?"

Aryan sweated, large beads of sweat rolling down his spine and soaking the back of his shirt.

"We were able to track him to his place that night," he uttered in a low voice, "But then..."

"But then?," Zaire repeated, arching an eyebrow at that simple word that had cut off Aryan's explanation, " But then?"

He repeated this time with an higher octave of disbelief in his voice.

Aryan swallowed hard once more, unable to say anything after hearing the anger in Zaire's tone.

Zaire smirked, and as the smile faded, an angry gleam took over his eyes.

In a flash, his hand was around Aryan's huge throat and he slammed him back against the door.
