Strange dreams

With a drenched shirt, Alice boarded a bus home, ignoring the stares of the humans. To say she was flaggerbasted by Justin's earlier action would be an understatement. Why couldn't he just wake her up the normal way rather than pouring a cup of coffee on her?

Nevertheless, she was thankful that the coffee was neither warm nor hot and she was able to leave the office. Thinking back to the sleep she was having before she was interrupted, Alice's expression grew disturbed. Ever since her father died, she had rarely had any dreams about him but surprisingly today, he looked so desperate in her dream like he was about to tell her a forbidden secret.

Alice only stopped thinking about it when she was dropped at her neighborhood. Ordinary humans had no idea that deep inside the heart of this neighborhood were werewolves.

The whole place was dark as Alice strutted home. Of course, everyone had gone to sleep because it was past midnight and only an insane boss would keep his employee at work
