Ch. 15

I shot awake, almost headbudding Charles as I sat up quickly. I was breathing fast, still feeling the remnants of my panic attack. I thought of Heli, and I could still feel her touch on my chest. My heart felt warm, and filled with love. Heli had healed me in a way. 

"Breath" Charles looked so concerned. "You fainted for a few minutes. I called a couple people. They'll be here soon to check you out. Nate is on his way too. I need you to breathe. Focus on breathing in and out. That's the only thing you need to think about right now." His voice was soothing. 

I did as he said. Although Heli had already helped me calm down. I am not sure what that was earlier. I was grateful for whatever it was though. Heli made me feel whole again. She had eased my fear and my stress. Fear was no longer my more prominent feeling. I was an
