No one's POV
"Ethan!" Ava blinked her eyes, she carefully scanned his stance resting on her bed as he winked an eye and raised his brows.
His arms were under his head above the pillow, a leg crossed over the other and the rain shield on the other side dumped carelessly on her bed. It rained in the morning when Ava left the house with her brother. It must be the same time when Ethan found a chance and sneaked inside her room.
And stupid her! She did not even lock the window before leaving the room. She will have to be careful from now on.
Her body froze and the bag dropped on the floor after she loosened the grip around it. That is because Ava consumed her entire energy in reading his facial expressions. She still could not trust her retina. This had to be her freaking hallucination since she had been wondering about him ever since she rose from her slumber.
