Chapter 5

Sean's POV

FLASHBACK

Who would have thought Harvey would let his wife party until 1am? In anger I took the motorbike keys and went to Suki's place. I cursed Suki and David while on the road. If they were going to get married, why would they have a celebration like this? In the end Angel just gave me a hard time!

Loud music was heard as soon as I arrived. Shy girls like Angel usually hate noisy places. Since college she has lived in a dull zone. Angel only knows study and work, so what she's doing tonight surprised me.

"What are you doing?!" Angel screamed as I pulled out her alcohol glass. Her breath was panting, and her breasts were exposed under the tight dress. Damn it! How could Harvey let Angel wear these cheap clothes? Even if it was a party that only women attended, Angel still didn't deserve to dress like this.

"You have to go home."

"Go away, Sean. I hate you!" Her screams brought the focus of the party to us. Can she make it easier for me? However, Angel continued to yell at me and I had no other choice but to carry her by force.

"Sean, wait! Where are you taking Angel ?!"

Damn, this is Suki! It was the exact same voice every time I teased Angel when we were in college. Suki has always been against me, even though she doesn't know why I like to bother Angel. Not all actions show true intentions.

Ignoring Suki's cursing, I took Angel outside and sat her on the motorbike. Angel no longer fought me. Instead, she was silent with a blank stare. For a few seconds, I watched her body sink under my oversized jacket. She's nothing more than an ordinary girl, I admit it, but I always end up wanting her.

"Why don't we have kids yet, Harvey?" My fingers which were rubbing her stomach stopped. There was a burning sensation on me. Jealousy got over me fast. "It's been 2 years. I want a baby so bad. Doesn't God trust me as a mother?"

I'm quite shocked. I thought Angel put off pregnancy for the sake of her writing career, but I was wrong. Touching both sides of her face, I kissed her lips. She kissed me passionately back, and I absolutely love this side of Angel.

"Let's go home." I said, pulling my lips away from her.

To be honest I could fuck her here, but Angel's condition didn't allow it. Instead of freezing her to death, I put a helmet on for her. We ride motorbikes at a speed of 80 km per hour. This is relatively fast considering the streets are quiet everywhere.

Suddenly Angel sang a song. My mind spontaneously told me to slow down. I wanted to enjoy this a little bit longer, and left Harvey flustered to find Angel. Hopefully Suki will shut up, because it will be troublesome if Suki reveals how possessive I am to Angel.

"I can't help myself, you're the want I want. It might be bad, but losing you would really suck." From the rearview mirror, I could see that her eyes were closed. She hugged me tighter than ever. "And I was just fine if it didn't work, but now that you're mine. You're mine."

When we got home, I carried Angel without trying to wake her up. My assumption that Harvey was looking for Angel was correct, because his car wasn't in the yard. I'm glad because I'm one step faster. I understand Angel better than anyone. 

After laying Angel on the bed, I took off her high heels and cleaned her makeup. She kept muttering silly things as long as I put his head on my thigh.

Realizing I had gone too far, I threw the cotton on the floor. I bet Harvey never did this. I was just a bastard in Angel's eyes, and why would I do something stupid like this? 

Angel held my hand as I was going out of her room. Our eyes lock with each other. Everything was fast from the start I slammed her hard into the bed until she turned the situation into sitting on my lap. We kissed like we lost control. My passion was hooked on the temptation she gave.

I need her.

"Let's make love... Harvey."

The lust that had taken over me immediately disappeared. Dammit! Get yourself up, Sean! There's no way you can fuck her when all she imagines is her husband!

"What is wrong?" She bit her lower lip as she covered her body using a blanket. Those blue eyes kept watching me. If I found out about this, I better not pick her up because Harvey can handle this. Without me, Angel will be fine. I just made it hard for myself and made my position look even more pathetic. "Why did you reject me? Are you bored? Or do you hate me because I can't give you a child?"

Feeling ignored, Angel started throwing things around her. Avoiding her injuring herself, I hugged her tiny body.

"Stop being cold to me," She let go of my arms to lie on the bed. I followed her movements. I brought her naked back to meet my chest, and I hugged her from behind. Angel's breathing was no longer heavy, a sign that she was going to sleep. "I love you."

Those words must be for Harvey.

Not wanting to discuss things that would only make me angry, I finally pulled the blanket up to Angel's shoulders. She turned around to make our faces meet closely. I wiped her tears that had dried. She smiles sweetly, and I swear my heart is beating fast. There was silence for a moment before she kissed the corners of my lips and said;

"I love you, Sean. Good night."
