6-Hanging Out With The Stars

I was about to leave my last class with Sarah when someone stopped me.

"Look, it's little miss, I'm using Damon to get famous." Chelsea said.

"Jealous much? You wished it would've been you it happened to." Sarah answered to her.

"I don't use anyone, unlike you. Besides haven't you heard. We're best friends, so ha!" I added before leaving with Sarah.

We made our way to her house and like clockwork, she put on celeb news. I can't with her.

"Last night we caught Damon and Bailey at his car being a little bit too close. Ladies, I think Damon is about to be off the market."

"Since when two people talking means he's getting off the market. That woman needs a cactus up her mouth and ass." I rolled my eyes. Sarah just laughed.

An hour later, Damon came with Sophia. She greeted me with a hug. She was so adorable.

"I brought my dolls to play with Hazel." She smiled.

"I'm here. Hi people." Hazel said while coming down the stairs.

"Sophia, this is Hazel. Hazel, this is Sophia." I said to them. They said hi to each other and then they went upstairs to play dolls.

"So, apparently talking means you're getting off the market." I chuckled.

"I know. If we have lunch alone, it means we're getting married." He replied with a cheeky smile. I couldn't help but laugh.

"I'm sorry that paparazzi have been on your back."

"That's fine. Comes with the price of being a celebrity's best friend." I replied.

"So, the cast is having a party to celebrate that there will be a sequel. Wanna come. Sarah and Jack, Invitation goes also for you two."

"Love to. Party with the stars." She replied.

"It's tonight at 8 pm. I'll pick you three here."

"Sounds good to me." I chimed In.

Since Sarah's parents were out. We decided to bake. We always baked. Aside from psychology, we both enjoy baking. The guys joined us.but they just watched. After the cookie dough was done we gave them form and then put them in the oven. Few minutes later Sophia and Hazel came down.

"Smells yummy." Sophia mentioned.

"Sissy and Bailey make the best cookies."

"Really!" They were so cute.

"Alright, little princesses. Let's go to the living room and wait till the cookies are done." I said while grabbing both their little hands and walked with them to the living room.

Two hours went by, Damon and Sophia left. She also took home a bag of cookies. I went home to get ready and so did Jack.

Once I was ready, I asked dad to drive me back to Sarah's house. I told him my plans for tonight. He said to be careful. Not every celebrity will be nice. I told him to not worry. I gave him a hug and opened her door. She gave me a spare key just in case of an emergency. She also has one to mine.

Damon picked us up and took us to a huge house in the hill. We went inside and the place was in full swing. Never in my life thought I'd be hanging here.

He introduced us to his friends from the movie. Sarah was in starstruck mode. Me, I was normal and so was Jack. I'm guessing he was used to this since Damon is his best friend.

"Well, well. If it isn't, Damon's mystery girl." We turned to see Patricia. She was in the movie too. Can you say snobby. "must be like a dream to be hanging out with us celebrities. Make sure to not put dirt in my house."

"My name is Bailey. And I stopped being a mystery after celeb news revealed my identity. And just because I'm not filthy rich like you, doesn't mean I'm dirty. " I answered with crossed arms.

"Cat fight is about to start." Some guy announced.

"I don't fight." I said to him.

"If you're trying to make me feel less cause I'm not famous. Try again. Fake Barbie." I smirked. She stormed off.

"Girl, you just did what all of us couldn't cause she's the directors daughter. It was so delicious to see her angry. Respect." Liam said. He was also in the movie.

"Sorry about that. But that girl needs manners." I retorted.

"She does, she acts good don't get me wrong. But she's a very spoiled brat." Damon chimed in.

"Well, less talking and more dancing."  Sarah said. She want to dance with Jack.

"Want to dance?" He asked me.

"Sure."

And dance we did it wasn't a slow dance so that was a plus. The last thing I need is for this dance to be twisted into something more.

But good things come to an end. And a slow dance came up. As I was about to leave he pulled me back and danced with me.

"It was awesome the way you stood up to her. You didn't let her words get to you. She's a real pain to work with. I seriously hope she's not in the sequel." I couldn't help but chuckle at the last part.

"Well, chances are she might be. But don't worry, I can always lock her in the attic." I grinned. He just laughed. After dancing, he went to talk to his friends. I went to look for mine but they were busy making out on the couch.

I went to the kitchen to grab something to drink. But everything was alcohol. I left the kitchen and went outside. I felt out of place here. I sat on the swing seat they had near a tree. It was a beautiful and breezy night.

"Hey, best friend." he said making me chuckle.

"Hey, sorry. I just needed fresh air, parties are not my cup of coffee. I'm more of a hanging out small group kind of person. Boring right?" I answered while looking at him.

"Nah, I prefer that too. But since it was the cast party celebrating the sequel, I came. I like hanging out in small group too." He smiled while looking down at me. I smiled back. We spend the party in that seat talking about everything and nothing. Turned out to be a good night.
