Ethan’s P.O.V

“What is going on?” I whispered to myself. “No it is not a web novel, I have read the book, and a classmate of mine has it.”

“Then can you send a copy to me, it would make it even easier to search for it.” It would be better if I asked Valentina to send me a picture of the book, but I have been calling her for a while and she is refusing to answer my calls. “Hello?”

The man called out again when he didn’t receive any response from me, and my father raised a questioning eyebrow at me.

“That is rather difficult,” I answered. “But I will try my best to see if I can get it by tomorrow.”

I got up from the chair and exited the office, ignoring whatever protests my father had, I strutted back to my room, and threw on some clothes. I was disturbed greatly, I know my father had a lot of connections, and he could find anything in under fifteen minutes, no matter how local and hidden it was, as long as it was in existence, he could find it.
