Leo's POV

"Who are you?" I demanded from the shimmering figure in front of me. A silver wolf, even in the dead of the night, the wolf illuminated everywhere so brightly that it looked like day.

For the first time in my life, I felt what raw fear felt like. This wolf wasn't scared of me, to it I wasn't the dreaded Alpha King, I was simply a werewolf standing in his majestic presence.

"You are unworthy and I have come to end you" he responded.

"Why?" I demanded, even though my voice lacked the brazenness that it would usually have.

"Your unworthiness has stemmed from your love interests. If allowed, you will bring an end to all the wolves. You must die!" The wolf said and suddenly lunged at me.

We wrestled but I was no match for him, no matter how hard I tried too, I couldn't seem to find my wolf form to shift into. He had the upper hand and soon my whole body was filled with wounds. The wolf shone brighter with each cut on my body and I had to shield my face with my hands.
