Chapter 7: AT ONE TIME

When I awoke after a long coma, my head began to throb so intensely that it seemed like a large automobile was purposefully striking my skull. I winced, massaging my temples gently with my fingers to lessen my headache, then looked around to see where I was and what was going on.

Today's weather in Italy appears to be rather pleasant; sunshine is purposely filtering through my curtains, and I can even hear the birds chirping outside in the yard, as if embracing a new day. It turned out that I was at home, at my villa on the Hill, where I'd been residing for almost a century. It's weird because if someone pays attention to the home, especially to a goblin who has lived in this mansion for a hundred years, they would suffer a heart attack and die. I provide over all of the legal documents pertaining to real estate sales to Henry. Money will ultimately return to my pocket, but under a different name, not the one I had previously. This Henry performed an excellent job; those both
