[JAZ AMANDA]
At precisely six in the morning, the flag ceremony concluded. I made my way to class, the rhythmic, loud click-clack of my heels drawing the gaze of numerous boys who watched me as if I were a celebrity strutting down the runway. What a wonderful day to be me. "Good morning, Baby Jaz! Did you sleep well?" a stranger called out. I didn't know him, but it wasn't surprising he knew me—word travels fast when you're the top contender for valedictorian. Not to brag, but I had been an ace student since grade school and was quite popular. I simply offered a polite nod and kept walking. When I stepped inside my classroom, only a few students had arrived, and our professor was nowhere to be seen. As usual, my classmates greeted me warmly. Maintaining my flawless facade, I walked to my desk, sat down, and closed my eyes to soak in the peaceful morning atmosphere. I wanted to absorb all the good vibes to start my day right. But when I opened my eyes, the tranquility vanished. A guy was standing right in front of me. He didn’t even belong to our section. "Hi, Ms. Gorgeous! I finally caught up to you. Do you remember me?" My eyebrows knit together in confusion. Were we close? Was he someone important enough for me to remember? I try not to be rude, but pests are everywhere, and I never understood why they wasted their time bugging me. "I’m sorry, but I don’t recall meeting you," I said, putting on my best disinterested expression. "Don't be like that," he said, sounding entirely too familiar. "I was at the library the other day when you dropped your book. I picked it up and handed it back to you." My forehead creased again. No such scenario had ever happened. I wasn't old enough to be senile, so I knew exactly what this was—a desperate attempt to hit on me. How absurd. "I beg your pardon, but I have much more important things to attend to. If you'll excuse me, you should probably find your way out. Our professor will be here any minute," I replied. I tried to keep my voice polite, but my internal irritation was boiling over. Why do they always resort to cheap fiction just to get a chance to speak to me? How pathetic. "What if I don't want to leave? I'm actually having fun talking to you." Annoyance flashed across my face, but I forced it down, keeping the volcano from erupting. I had a stellar image to maintain, especially in public. I refused to let some random guy tarnish my family's reputation. [ANIKA HODGENS POV] Today marked my first day at this new school. I was a serial transferee, kicked out of my last university after getting into a massive brawl. I used to bully weak people—sometimes they provoked me, but mostly I just directed the anger from my messy personal life onto them. Deep down, I knew I wouldn't last long here either. I had almost been late, but luckily I made it just before the flag ceremony started. The strictness of this place already sucked. If you aren't inside the gates before the ceremony begins, you are locked out until the next class period. Honestly, I didn't give a damn about missing class, but I needed to finish this year to get into college. Misbehaving wasn't an option if I wanted to graduate, get a job, and finally cut ties with my parents. After the morning routine, I wandered the hallways trying to find my classroom, easily getting lost in the massive campus. By the time I stumbled inside, the room was empty except for three other people. Moments later, a girl walked in, instantly commanding the attention of the room. The guys practically tripped over themselves to welcome her. I had to admit she was attractive, but there was nothing unique enough about her to warrant that kind of obsession. What was wrong with the creatures in this school? I sat at my desk, my attention drifting back to the popular girl. A guy was standing over her, clearly getting on her nerves. I watched them play out their little drama. Because they were right in front of me, I could hear every word of their exchange. I wondered if the girl was an idiot. It was glaringly obvious that she was disgusted, so why didn't she just tell him to get the hell out of her face? Eventually, the noise started grating on my nerves. I couldn't take it anymore. I stood up and marched over to them. "Hey! Can't you see she doesn't like you? You're being annoying. Do you even belong in this class? If not, get out." Predictably, the guy couldn't handle being challenged and immediately barked back. A sudden wave of regret hit me. Great, now I'm involved in this drama. "Who the hell are you to interfere? Are you crazy?!" He paused, scanning my face. "Wait, I haven't seen you around. Are you new? You're pretty cute too. What, are you jealous? Do you want me to tease you instead?" A smirk crept onto my face. He had no idea he was playing with dynamite. He reached out to touch my hand, but before his fingers could make contact, I grabbed his arm and twisted it hard. He groaned in pain, struggling against my grip until he finally managed to wrench himself free. "Fuck! Mark my words, newbie... I'll get back at you!" he yelled, his face flushed with rage. "I'll be waiting," I replied coolly, shooting him a lethal look. Once he slunk out of the room, I walked back to my desk, popped my earbuds in, and turned on some music. For a school that claimed to be so strict, the teacher was ridiculously late. "Um, hi!" I looked up. It was the girl from earlier. I gave her a curt nod and immediately looked back down, messing with my phone. The sheer boredom of this place was starting to suffocate me, so I decided to ditch the classroom. But as I stood up, she grabbed my arm. I pulled an earbud out, facing her with a heavy frown. "Where do you think you're going?" she asked. I arched an eyebrow. Did I seriously need to report my movements to her? "Why do you care? Are you my mother?!" I snapped sarcastically. Apparently, this princess liked to stick her nose where it didn't belong, too. I had just saved her from a creep, and this was the thanks I got? If she thought she was going to stop me from walking out that door, she was sorely mistaken. Nobody dictates what I can and cannot do. "Where are you going? There are rules in this section." A dark smile spread across my face. Rules? Oh, give me a break. Who came up with this garbage? "What the hell, miss? Do you not value your life? Are you trying to die early?" I threatened, my voice dropping to a dangerous whisper. "I'm Jaz. Jaz Amanda. The class president." She extended her hand, offering a polished, formal introduction. Oh, I see. It all makes sense now. She was just like all the other self-righteous hall monitors I’d met before. She wore an angelic, caring mask, but I wasn't easily fooled. I could read people's real intentions perfectly. So hell no. Not on my watch. I absolutely loathed students who thought a silly title gave them the right to control everyone around them. "And so? Who cares? Because I don't," I snapped, arching my left eyebrow as I turned my back on her to leave.I may not be a perfect writer, and I make some grammar mistakes, but I always give my best shot to improve and enhance my writing skills, so thank you to all my readers out there who continue to support me no matter what. Every day I will learn and take a step back in things I do to give you guys the satisfaction you deserve. I will always be grateful for all the support you guys showering me. I love you all as I do in all the stories I wrote with all my heart on it. I hope you won't get tired and bored of reading every novel I make in the future. Thank you, guys. For those curious, yes, I am a part of the LGBTQ+. I'm proud bisexual.
"Tell me! Did that girl flirting with you?! When did it start?" Jaz shouted, totally angry for catching her wife talking with their son's professor at the school premises earlier in a suspicious way. "Baby, that is not what you think. Can you please calm down briefly? Let me explain what happened there.." "Then what should I think? Hmm? I saw with my two eyes. I'm going to kill that bastard! She's lingering on you.. and you let her. You didn't even move and try to go away.." "I was about to, Babe, but then you came. I was stunned by your killer eyes. I got stumbled, okay. I lose my mind.." "YOU LOSE YOUR MIND? THE HELL, WHY?! ARE YOU TURNED ON BECAUSE OF THAT STUPID TEACHER?!" Jaz was deadly, breaking down and beginning to create a commotion. Anika tried to calm her, hugging her tight and never losing her. "Hey, look at me. Listen, Babe. I will never cheat on you, you know that, don't you?!" Gradually, Jaz seems to cool down, looking thoughtfully through her eyes. "I know.
After Gwen and Gillian's wedding, their honeymoon followed immediately."For what is that for?!" Gillian outrageously yelled when she saw what Gwen was holding. "Why?! Don't you wanna try new things? It would be fun, though.." Gwen said teasingly as she played through her palm the thick dildo. "Fuck! Are you kidding me?! You won't put that... that thing on me! Don't you dare Gwen!" Agitated, Gillian jumped off the bed, distancing herself from her wife."Oh! Come on! Don't ruin the night, wifey..." Gwen uttered, letting out a low chuckle in mesmerize. "No, please, Gwen.. I'm not comfortable with that thing.. Take it away from me!" Gwen can't stop laughing out loud at how Gillian's face got frustrated. "Alright... Alright.. Whatever my Mia wants, then I'll go for it." Gwen said, then put it away and returned to Gillian, gently caressing her arm."So, can we start the night now?" Gwen said sweetly while her eyes were talking to Gillian. Gillian seems carried away without knowing what
I stood up, pacing, touching my forehead. I thought of a way to cool down her fever. The wet, cold cloth might help, so that's what I did next. Afterward, I sat on her side to place it in her temple. "I still matter.." Softly, Gwen uttered. I could hear it clearly enough to swirl me on, but I ignored it, or perhaps I didn't want to admit it. Of course, I worry. Anyone who is in my state will feel the same way. That is just a normal reaction, right? Even though my eyes were busy wiping her, I could still see how she looked at me from my peripheral view. Is it really possible to have a second chance? And if given, will it be worth it and won't hurt again? The day I ended everything between us, I admit, it broke me so much that I felt like dying and did not want to experience that pain again. It's so funny to think that it happened twice. But then, in the back of my mind, there is a pinch of happiness that Gwen at least dares to love me more than Anika, who never felt that
"ONE MONTH?! No! That can't be. I have a lot of loads left in Manila." "Hep. Zipped.." Gesturing to shut her mouth. "I already settled everything with Addie. She frees you from all the work, so you have no reason at all not to accept my offer. Besides, I won't leave you alone unless you agree to my condition." Gwen stepped closer to Gillian, which made her step back, avoiding the intensity that was about to grow. "What made you think I will let you do this? Huh?! I wanna go home, Gwen. Please.." "Fine! Go!" Gillian instantly heads out, shutting the door. But then the cold breeze hit her, turning her weak. Her arm abruptly embraced herself as she couldn't handle it. Disgusted, she went back inside, stepping flouncy. Gwen welcomed her with a mocking smile. "I thought you were going home? You miss me?" She says, crossing her arms. "Geez.. In your dream.. How can I go home? Where are your minions? They should take me back to where they captured me! Fix this, Gwen, or perish!" "I'm
"No! Don't! There is no reason to do that.." Gillian automatically opposes her. "Why not? Answer your doubts." Addie tried to convince her. Gillian halted, glaring furiously at Addie. What the hell is this girl trying to imply? "Fine, but let's just say Gwen is still single. What you gonna do?!" Gillian frowned again, frustrated now. "What am I supposed to do? Nothing." raising both her hands in annoyance. "What happened in the past stays in the past, Addie—end of discussion. We will not bring this up again. " Gillian could not hide her irritation. A few hours later, everyone was about to head home. Of course, the newlywed will spend their honeymoon somewhere else, so Gwen and Gillian are left alone. Outside the bar, Gillian is waiting for a taxi to go back to the hotel where she stays. Split second, a black Mustang stopped in front of her then abruptly pulled her in forcibly. She screamed out loud. She fought back badly, but then they succeeded in taking her away without anyon
[NARRATOR] When the three returned to the table, Addie directly led Gillian to her seat with evident care. Gillian sensed how Addie paid attention to her, which on the other hand, couldn't escape Gwen's scrutinizing eyes. Gwen engulfed steadily at what seemed to be an unpleasant sight for her. Even
Anastasia visited Ezra. "How did it happen?!" "I don't know, Anastasia. Someone tipped them off and so they invaded my place. The weapon is there-" She cut him off. "Did you at least wipe it?!" Anastasia uttered in panic. "How many times should I say it?! I told you, I didn't do it.. Who the hell da
[ANIKA HODGENS] "Stop the car, Anika..." I ignored it and continued to drive. We have to talk.. We needed to talk.. "Hey! You can't just drag me. Take me wherever you want..." "Yes, I can, Jaz. I should have done this the latter.." "You need to stop, Anika. I love you..." "What did you just say?!" P
[ANIKA HODGENS] Back to school again, in reality, I will spend another 5 hours here, perceiving that I got bored and, worse, I could not find Jaz. We have the same course, but she has a different schedule for other subjects. I still had 10 mins to hang out before my next period, so I first thought
