CHAPTER 26| WHAT YOU WANT

   As I watch the tinted windows of Chase's car, I notice we're driving out of the city. I turn to look at him as he stares at the road, tapping his fingers on the steering wheel as he nods to a song playing in the stereo. 

" What do you do, Chase?" I ask him. He looks surprised and caught off guard. 

  Since we started this whole relationship stuff, I know nothing about this man. I know for a fact he's the senator's son and also he doesn't look like the kind of man who lives off of his father's money. 

  Chase turns to look at me, he gives me a warm smile.

" You mean what I do for a living." He says and I nod. Chase shrugs as he stares at the road in front of us. 

" I do a lot of things professor."

" And I assume you don't wanna tell me."
