"Mom, wake up."

When I heard that little voice, I immediately rolled over and woke up.

"Why baby? What's the matter?" I asked him tenderly but I was surprised when he rolled his eyes.

"Mom, your hair looks like grass. Fix your face as well." That's all he said and left me.

I just forced a smile because of what I heard from him. That kid really resembled Patry. I'm just really holding back from being annoyed every time. And I just heap my annoyance on Patry every time that kid treats me like that.

His name is Kit Bautista, our 10 years old baby boy. He is still our baby even though he speaks like that. For heaven's sake! He's just a grade 4, an elementary student. Yet when he speaks, he sounded like Patry when he was so snobbish before. It's really his fault.

I just fixed myself and went down. My husband and our second daughter appeared before my eyes.

"Mom, you look so pretty." She approached me and even kissed my cheek. Sweet!
