We walked around Red Rock Park until a path led us up the hill. At the top, we had a view over the amphitheater. It was built in between two red cliffy rocks. Laila looked around.

- This is quite unique.

She said impressed while nodding her head.

- And a very clever idea to make an amphitheater here.

She added. She turned her head and studied the cliffy rocks.

- So what's the story about this?

She asked, tilting her head.

- It looks like there was an earthquake and the land...broke?

She removed her gaze from the rocks and looked at me expectantly.

- Well... A long, long time ago there was a sea here. As it dried, here stood a mountain that was eroded. Later orogeny uplift tilted the rocks to this angle.

She looked at me impressed and surprised.

- Very interesting.

She nodded her head in approval. My wolf and I straight puffed our chests. It was so rare to receive any kind of positive feedback from her that a small comment like that made me feel like a superhero.
