THIRTY TWO
“Take a rest, see you later."
Zillion kissed Caroline on the forehead and let her out of the car they were in. Finally a business trip that wasn't really a business trip was over. Now is the time for Caroline to return to her home to go back to work, doing all her office chores that pile up after going to LA for two days with Zillion for a vacation.
Caroline was really happy. Zillion continues to treat her gently after their small bickering which ended quite sweetly in the elevator. After that they spent a whole day walking around downtown LA which is very busy and crowded. They there actually made such fond memories to take to Chicago so that later if they had to separate, they would still have very fond memories to remember each other.
"You too. Don't be too tired and stressed. If you need anything, I'm ready to help you."
"You take it easy, tonight I'll definitely terrorize you." Zillion replied earnestly and immediately drove away from Caroline's

"Shit!" Zillion threw the origin of his black cell phone to pieces on the floor of his workspace. Since three days ago he had been trying to contact Caroline, but the results were always to no avail. Caroline never picked up a single call except the one two days ago when the woman told him to come back to Cassie. It felt like he was very angry and wanted to take all his anger out on her. Carelessly Caroline told him to come back to Cassie after what they had been doing. Even when he visited her office, he never met Caroline. Her assistant who was always blocking him from entering into Caroline's room with the excuse that Caroline was doing a counseling session with a client. Last night when he came to Caroline's house, he was presented with the most disgusting sight he had ever seen in his life. He saw Caroline hugging Aaron. The woman affectionately embraced Aaron while curling up within the man's broad chest comfortably. He really can't accept that.

"Eat, your face looks pale." Caroline shook her head helplessly as she stirred her food without interest. After crying for a long time in the parking area of her office, Zillion decided to take Caroline to the nearest restaurant so that Caroline could calm down after the unpleasant incident that had just happened. Caroline's car which was badly damaged on the front has been taken care of by one of Zillion's men for repair. But it looks like Zillion is going to buy Caroline a new car because the man immediately called his secretary to send a car to Caroline's home address.
