Plus, on top of all of that, if I don’t get you three out of here soon, you may never be able to leave.” Jill explained. “Is there anything else I’m missing?”

All Cassidy could do was sit and watch as Jill walked out of the core. She reached out her hand, desperate to grab hold of her but stopped herself. She knew she had to let her go so all she could do was clutch onto her backpack and keep it safe. The next five minutes would be the most fear she ever felt in her entire life.The countdown hit zero and the core locked itself down. Officially no way in or out and everything went dark. The core shut down and violent tremors began within. There wasn’t anything they could do but hope it would work out. Jill, before resetting everything, also made sure to destroy any external connections both from her father's hacking and her own computers.
