Friday had come faster than expected after Cindy had gone back to work.
The issue about the return of her father was left to Jonathan to handle it for her. She knew she didn't have enough power and status to go head to head with her father since she didn't know when he came back and what kind of people he was involved in.
Jonathan was more than ready to do that for her when he had her request for his help.
