Owen The next morning came quickly and I was up early with Cat as usual. We got dressed for our day and had breakfast together in a silent house. Jacob I jolted awake in my bed with my phone already in my hand. My alarm went off, telling me that it was morning, so I quickly turned it off and relaxed a little. Jacob When one of the warriors mind-linked me that Maggie was at the east fence of Wolfe Ranch looking for me, I could hardly believe it. I had learned through our conversations so far that she was a goody-two-shoes, so her going against Bennett’s wishes just to see me was a surprise. I might be surprised by her, but damn, I was happy.
