55. COOKIES
Daniel resumed work at Abdullah Holdings on Monday morning, he resumed firstly to the director's office, Roshan provided some documents for him to sign, he did and became a certified staff member.
As Daniel was inside with Roshan, Ben sat thoughtfully on her chair. How did Daniel ever got to know about the company? Was it fate that brought them together again and if yes, for what purpose exactly? The questions that ran through her mind as she placed a hand on her chin and stared into space.
She hoped he doesn't get clingy in the office too.
Daniel startled her by touching her shoulder lightly, she just thought of that.
"Can you stop getting clingy every time Daniel?" She begged. "If you want to talk to me, call my name!" She stated angrily

Traveling from Ekiti state down to Kano wasn't a friendly journey at all. It was tiring, butt-hurting and energy-consuming.Esther almost knelt down to give thanks when the bus finally arrived at bus stop in Kano. She rummaged her bag to search for her phone, she brought it out and placed a call to the number Ben gave her to call on when she was in Kano.

Having Esther around in the house made everything easier for Ben, she no longer have to wake up so early to prepare breakfast before going to work in the morning.
