Eddy thought to go home early to spend some times with his parents. But before heading towards home he went to check on Eva.

Jacob had made all the arrangements and he himself had moved on the apartment near the hospital to keep his eyes on Eva.

There was still no change in Eva's health. Still, she was lying on bed lifeless.

This totally broke Eddy's heart. He stared at Eva holding her hand for a long time.

He had so many things to say but his words were stuck on his throat. He gently rubbed her hand and murmured, "I need you, Ev. Please wake up. I promise I will do whatever you say."

Suddenly his phone rang and when he glanced at the number it was from Selina. He adjusted his mood, cleared his throat and pressed the answer button.

"Hello, are you home? Shall I proceed to our plan?" Selina inquired from another end of the phone hastily.

"Not now, I am on my way home. I will inform you when time is right," Eddy trying to keep his voice
