Chapter Sixty

It was probably for the best Sam knew that he had been used as a bargaining chip with the devil himself. Now, amidst all the complications between him and Theresa, she knew William was right. She had to let him know. And for the past couple of days, it had mostly been about the how, to go actually go about this. It wasn’t until last night that she decided to just take the piss, and let it all out. After all, things between them were already as bad as she could have ever imagined. Though she knew there was always too for worse. It could get worse today, it could be the opposite — although the outcome of this was a short one. Either ways, he had to know, in the least.

So that evening, before she retired from the agency for the day, she decided to speak to him about the whole situation with Simon Tunes that had gone by in the last week, and then some days. 

She saw him go into his office after getting a cup of coffee from the lounge. And no, she hadn’t
