"Deal with him? How? You kill him?" I could only stare at his smug face. No wonder he looks like he's getting back after doing something outrageous.

“Are you still worried about him?” Lorcan asked, his deep voice gives me chills.

“Of course not, I’m not worried about him, I just don't want make any trouble to you again.”

"Don't worry I haven't killed him yet," He casually announced as if he was talking about the most everyday matter not killing someone.

“T-that’s good then.” I replied.

He took a file and showed it to me. "Divorce agreement, sign them." He pulled back and sat beside me.

I quickly opened it and there was Nick's signature. Also, the house clearly belonged to me now.

It was so unbelievable that I had to look between the papers and at him. Why would he go to such lengths for me? This is the first time someone has helped me. Since now I was living alone, so I never got to experience what it is like to be protected by someone.
