Slowly, I ran my hand over the green grasses and beautiful flowers in the field. Just then, I caught sight of one flower that seemed different from the others. It was the most beautiful and the most odd amongst the others. Without hesitation, I plucked it and to my surprise, it prickled me and fell to the ground. It was dying, I noticed.

I tried picking it again but this time it prickled me harder, blood peeled out from a prickled finger. I left it and walked further into the field but to my surprise, it was no longer a field. I was standing in front of the ocean.

"Kaitlyn?"

I tilted my head to the sides and nearly yelped when I saw my father; Philip Grey standing by my side. All dressed in white. I stared down at my body and noticed I was also dressed in white.
