Alexey Laura's Point of View
Someone knocked on the door, so I made my way to it, though, I was still wearing my bathrobe. I saw a girl wearing her plain white shirt and high-waisted jeans. I opened the door to let her come in.
"Miss Alexey, about what happened last time." I smiled since I knew that she was talking about the night when mom knew everything.
"It's fine. Don't think too much about that. To be honest, I wanted to say thank you for helping me. I knew that it was hard for you since it may affect your scholarship and of course your Mom." I smiled back at myself.
"You are the only person that called me friend, so I felt like I was a normal college student, even just for now." I held her hand.
"I will always be your friend, and if you need anything you can come to me so that I could bring back your kindness to me, okay?" A smile immediately etched on her face while slightly nodding her head.
