Chapter Seventeen: It's The Little Things.

"You have got to be joking." Neiwei drawled as he threw the documents that I had handed him earlier across my desk.

He had sprawled his beautiful tanned body across from my desk as his deep hazel eyes drilled holes in the back of my skull while I casually perused the bookcase behind Vivanna's desk.

It was fascinating, she had thousands of books, but each looked newer than the last.

"I assure you, Neiwei," I replied calmly, "I am not."
