We had finally stopped at the end of the road and I jumped out of the car before it had fully stopped and started searching around as fast as I could until I spotted the maple tree queen Lanna had told us about in the distance, so running as fast as I could transforming mid-run, I sniffed the tree picking up the tracker and Magmas scent around the tree and then Jessys scent against the bark of the tree as if she had been sitting against it

"mom, dad over here"

my parents both rushed over to me with the others following behind,

Antony had his arm around Dawn who was looking really pale

"We need to watch out for bear traps" Dawn whispered

"baby?" Antony asked holding her tighter

"the tracker, he uses bear traps, its how I got injured when we first met"

I get up on my hind legs and place my front paws on her shoulders then I shove my nose into her cheek making her laugh

"error dude get off my girl" Antony whines then turns
