Chapter 11 – Finding You

I walked between the trees along the river. Feeling the pull gets stronger, and the scent of eucalyptus and cedar wood gets stronger too. I hear the sound of someone moving around in the water. Hiding behind a tree, I see the back of a strong body with tattoos. My breathing goes up a little, and I feel drawn to this unknown guy. I try to move a little closer but accidentally step on some branches and can see his shoulders go tense. But then the wind changed, and it came from behind me towards the guy in the river, making me gasp. I watch how his shoulders relax again, and then he slowly turns, and I am met with the blue-green eyes I saw in my dream.

He is frozen, standing there looking at me. He looks exactly like I had dreamed about, and everything inside me tells me I can trust him. He wakes up from his frozen stance in the water and moves to the edge of the river before standing up on the ground, naked.
