Chapter 45 My Type of Face

The area where the gate leads to Leviathan is surrounded by thicker miasma that tickles my skin. Demons are crawling out of it like swarms of ants. If I didn’t have my shadow weaving skill, I would have to fight my way through them. I momentarily had to move out of the comfort of the shadows, sneaking my way to the back to avoid confrontation from the demons nearby as I made a move towards the gate. Some of the demons noticed my presence the moment I drew near, but they were too late. I have already dived towards the gate.

I am thrown into the deep, dark depths of the sea. The water here stings, like there are remnants of Hell’s water mixed into it. It feels like swimming into diluted acid. If a normal person tries to swim in these waters, there’s no doubt in my mind that their skin will end up peeling and they will go blind.
