Getting out of the room with a calm expression, Qingxi strutted towards the area where everyone was waiting for her.  Looking as calm as ever, Chu Xuelo heaved a sigh of relief when she noticed nothing out of place. The thing she was most afraid was of Lu Jingzhe provoking Qingxi and Qingxi's reaction. Qingxi's mother Luo Lin Che, sat frozen at the sarcastic laugh Qingxi offered her. Her stepfather Luo Zengluo pursed his lips helplessly before breaking into a sweet smile. He never was against Qingxi, but she never proved to be the best child for him either. Her results were good and she was an excellent child, but there was this feeling with her, the indifferent feeling that never subsided but only kept on increasing. It didn't help when she was always compared with the obedient Xialing by her mother.
