The bustling city is filled with smells and sounds that I had forgotten during the treacherous journey. The thousands of colours that paint my diverse kingdom and the equally diverse people who bring it to life and give it meaning. The ones who give me meaning. There are five main roads that point in the direction of each of our neighboring countries, a sign of peace amongst us, but the Pasiphaen route had been empty since the day of the massacre.

Elizabeth’s superiority in the fight was obvious, after all, she had been swinging that sword around for as I long as I can remember. She carefully looked for Arthur and I and managed to drive us out of our hiding spot and into a chase. I ran until we got to a

“Are you sure this is a good idea?” Arthur worryingly asked as we snuck around the palace garden, trying to avoid any guards. Truth be told, this was a horrible idea, but I thought going back meant I accepted the fact that Elizabeth, as well as everyone else, didn’t think I could

I held my breath as I jumped from the top of the stairs back to the floor, careful not to let my landing make a lot of noise. I stuck the landing as quietly as I could and celebrated a little before turning around and going face to face with the devil that started all of this. I didn’t understand why Paul would go as far as to use magic to kill the kings and queens, but I also didn’t have the time to sit around and listen to his emotional backstory.

We turned to the direction of the sound as Nara and Keith released Elizabeth and I while reaching for nearby branches. George even pulled out two swords and threw one to Joan as Arthur retrieved mine for me.

I didn’t believe him. Why should I anyway? Besides, both sides would become evenly matched if both Zephyr and I were using our magic. Maybe he wanted to discourage me from fighting somehow. He was lying to me. He had to have been, but what if

As I was sinking deeper and deeper into the dark sea water, I saw a blurry figure jump into the water after me. I tried to make out what it was as it swam closer and closer to me, but I passed out before I could figure out what I was looking at. I woke up in the flower field, and looked for Kevin so he could help me. Don’t get me wrong. I was still really  upset, but I had to put all that behind me since there was a war to be won. I searched for him everywhere, but I couldn’t find him no matter where I looked. There was no picnic, so I just wandered through the fields like a lost boat at sea. Without Arthur’s keen sense of smell, it was even harder to find him. As I was abo

(Seems like chapter twenty-five duplicated itself, so beware when purchasing it! They’re the exact same thing, so I don’t want you to waste your money. -Narnia’s Fifth Resident.)    The soldiers around her all disagreed and begged me to take Elizabeth with us and leave them behind, but Elizabeth simply hushed them. “I’m not leaving any of you behind,” she said before grasping my hands and putting her trust in me. Her hands were so warm despite her being in a cell for so long. I wanted to stay with her for a little longer, but the second round of guards were on their way, so George, Nat

The spell sent a rumbling through the ground starting from the top of the hill running down passed the execution grounds and into the town. I hopped on top of the wolf and as we scaled the mountain I noticed all the animals in the surrounding forest taking cover. It was as if they knew what was going to happen. Their instinct was warning them to get far away from me, but humans are different. We’d rather argue with it than actually listen to our own instinct. At the base of the hill, the Henko jumped high above the giant vines sprouting out of the ground and surrounding the castle. The vines took everyone’s attention away from the giant wolf that had just leaped onto palace grounds, allowing the Henko and I to take our places as we waited for our next turn. I conjured four birds and sent them out to scout the area and to keep my pro
