Kemari gave a huge smile knowing that he is all they know. The two girls ran towards him hugging his legs. Kenji stood up and shook hands with Kimmie’s husband, Marshall. “I heard a lot about you. Kimmie absolutely adores you. If you had a fan club, I am a million percent sure she would be the president and vice president.” “Ah, well we did spend a lot of time together. We’re just a few years apart.” “Really? She likes to joke and tell me that she is still twenty-seven. Emma Jean had been working tirelessly since her strange meeting with Kenji. It was hard for her to concentrate. Her mind kept wandering back to when he touched her hand. Even now it still felt as if she could feel the heat emanating from where he touched her. What could he have been thinking of doing propositioning her that way?
