Victor placed me down on what I could only assume was his own bed. It was heavenly, soft than the ones back at Slate pack. I felt myself fall into the soft, comforting, and safe embrace giving in to the urge to sleep. I woke up, excited as I was able to actually open my eyes. Hello! I have had some technical issues tonight so have released 2 of the already edited chapters I have been working on.  I will still be posting the other 3 I promised they may just be late.   I also wanted to thank all of you that left comments and thumbs up on the last author's note, I will be continuing this book until I feel Laura's story has been told all the way through. So far this is close to 180k words so many more chapters to come!  I am also planning on creating a spin-off book staring Micheal and Dimitri but that will of course be once this book is completed.  As a gentle reminder, this is my hobby at the moment I work most days of the week so can not allocate all my time to writing. Victor’s P.O.V It had been so long since I had visited their grave, my parents… I had my eyes closed, listening to the running water of the waterfall. Enjoying the scents of my garden and thinking back to all those wonderful times my mother had brought me here, telling me stories of her love for my father. When I smelt her, heard her footsteps. I was afraid to look, already sitting next to their grave, ready to relive the last moments I had with them… I wasn’t sure I could cope with having her here to see that… to have to endure such horrible things. I heard her sad, voice making me look wondering if something had happened but I met with her lavender eyes, holding a shared sadness as she flicked her gaze between me and their grave. I looked away, my heart touched by her empathy before I hear Dimitri tell her to be beside me. Momentarily upset with him for she should never have to see me in such a state. Yet, her presence helped, helped quell the hatred building inside me....
