  “Boss, please. I beg you, have mercy on me.” A man cries and kneels before Dante. Everyone is just watching him, begging in front of this still figure sitting in a red luxurious leather chair. An eerie piece of music is playing through an old gramophone. This man kneeling before Dante does not look like a weak person, but why is he acting awkwardly? Why is he begging mercy from him? Dante hits from his Cuban cigar and blew out the smoke in the guy’s face. The guy coughs but stayed kneeling in front of him, “A simple task, I have given you.” Dante reaches out to the guy and grabs him in the neck. Slowly raising the man in mid-air using only one hand without even losing his perfect posture. What a beautiful appearance yet viewed in a brutal way. It was a pleasant morning; Leonard is outside the mansion with Maximus. Leonard is playing with the dog, throwing a stick as far as he could and Maximus will fetch it and bring it back to him. He was just enjoying it when the dog jumped over him suddenly to fetch the stick he had just thrown and caught it midair. Leonard was shocked and covered his head, he thought that Maximus has gone mad and tried to attack him. Maximus is a large dog, a crossbreed of a Mastiff and a Pitbull, and yes, it is so startling to look at this enormous and ferocious-looking dog, but it is well-trained and will not attack familiar people, well at least as long as it recognizes you. When Leonard realizes that he is still complete and was not hurt, he uncovers his head and looked around. Chapter 7A week before Rio’s thirtieth birthday, he had decided to have a personal visit to their tobacco plantation. He wanted to see how things are going for their farmers, it is due to the rumors that there was increased tension in the area. Some natives in the area have been relatively claiming that the land belongs to their ancestors, they do not recognize the pertinent documents being presented to them. The legal team concludes that their behavior only shows how uneducated they are, or are they?….It was Friday, the sun shines but is being covered by cumulus clouds, Rio drove alone in his land Rover. The tobacco plantation is bit situated in a nearly remoted area of Quantelama. The road is now covered with thick fog, Rio switch on the light, and all of a sudden, an unknown creature crossed the road. He cannot stop the car because it happened in a split second, the next thing he knew is he heard and felt that he hit the creature by accident.

 In his room, Rio is in agony. Something wants to break its way out of his body. It was his thirtieth birthday but how can he celebrate if he is like this. Leonard cannot do anything to help his friend at this point. He too experienced things that Rio had been experiencing but the difference is that Rio feels almost thrice of what Leonard had experienced.
