Sophie's Pov "Hurry Rina, I don't have all day" I said to Rina a few minutes after the taxi arrived at her school. Gia had a few personal issues to deal with so I had to drop off Rina at school. "Your lunchbox" I remind her just as she was about to get down from the car without it.  "Ooops" Her mouth formed an 'O' shape while she grabbed it with her other hand and then rushed out.  "Have fun and be a good girl" I waved at her while she got accompanied in by one of her school teachers.  I arrived at Lightwood after about fifteen minutes, I hurriedly handed over some cash to the driver while I rushed out without advancing to take my change seeing that I was already late.  

Chresanto’s Pov The weekend went on pretty quickly. After the supposed dinner that turned into a disaster I had come to a conclusion not to attend any family dinner, not any time soon.  Chris and I got to talk and he told him his decision of finding his ex and winning her heart back. For the first time in a long time I finally saw him talk about something with so much passion and I couldn’t wait to see the lady that was behind Chris happiness.  “Mr Lightwood”  I heard a voice, which I only assumed to be Sophie’s since she was the only lady allowed to come into my office without an appointment.  “Miss Wells” I called out lightly. 

Sophie’s Pov  Chresanto had called for a meeting with the newly employed and for that reason we were all gathered at the conference room.  After lunch, Chresanto and Rina seemed to have gotten even closer. He had asked for permission to spend the day with her and I couldn’t object to it since it was what Rina wanted also.  The meeting went on for about thirty minutes. Although everyone was curious about the child with Chresanto but no one dared ask.  After the meeting ended everyone left leaving just me, Rina and Chres. “When I grow up I’ll own a company just like Chres” Rina told me excitedly.

Sophie’s Pov  “Get your ass out of my office” I heard immediately I stepped into Chresanto’s office.  His voice was laced with so much anger, his eyes shot red and his body rigid. For a minute I had almost lost my balance as I held the door knob to keep my feet standing while my hands and my whole body shook.  I felt the need to thank him immediately I had arrived a few minutes ago, he did so much for Rina and I which made me feel there might be something aside from being just employer and employee but I wasn’t so sure anymore.  “Sophie” I heard him call, this time his voice was calm and he ran his hands over his hair in a frustrated manner.

Chresanto’s Pov The shone bright through the curtain as my eyes struggled to adjust to brightness. I rolled to the other side of my bed, yawing lightly. My hands involuntarily moved to rub my eyes which were a little bit itchy.  I had a very exhausting day at work the day before, Sophie took the day off and Josh had other issues to attend to. I struggled to get out of my bed and walked lazily to my closet.  Just then my phone rang and I answered immediately after seeing that Josh was the caller. I placed the phone between my ear and my shoulder while I used both my hands to arrange my extremely messy hair.  “Sir we have arrived at the company” He told me as I wondered why he called to tell me just that.&nb
