The following day Alice was couped up under her duvet because she refused to leave her bed unless absolutely necessary. She had bathed of course and had her meals on time, but she refused to see anyone otherwise. Alice was beginning to regret ever asking to join into her brother’s Mafia once upon a time. She still wanted to learn how to fight in order to defend herself, but she didn’t think that she had in her to kill someone the way that woman had done yesterday. Giovanni sat in his office already regretting his decision to let Alice train in combat with Luca. His mind was occupied with many things before the incident, and he never thought that it would cloud his mind even further. Giovanni sat wondering who the woman that saved his sister could have been. All the thinking was hurting his head, but he couldn’t help but think.He was so deep in thought that he didn’t notice Antonio walk into his office.“What’s up bro?” Antonio asked as he continued to munch on barbeque flavoured chips.
