 It was late in the afternoon when Imman called Ella and invited her to his office regarding the subject that they had talked about within the morning but she reasoned out that she could not come because she is not feeling well. "If you want to talk to me, please come to my house, you know where it is," she said to him on the phone.     Imman had second thoughts. He could not trust her anymore for what she had done in the past but he also had to stop her from deluding herself that there is a chance that they will become a couple which will never happen.    It was already two in the afternoon and Ella was feeling hungry but the lawyer did not come yet. She became restless, walking in and out of the dining room. She tried to call him but his phone was off. "He must be on his way here, he promised that he will come so I have to hold on to it," she told herself. Bored and exhausted from the lunch preparations, she fell asleep on the table and was only awakened when the bell rings. She got up quickly and was shocked when she saw a person that she did not expect to come with the lawyer - her rival and nemesis - Cassandra. She lets her in and invited them to sit.     "Happy birthday Ella! I heard  that it is your birthday today, please accept a small gift coming from me." Cassandra gave her a small box that contained an expensive watch that she and Imman bought on their way to her house.      "Thank you so much!  The pregnant woman continued to weep, but now she is calmer. Imman hid the knife in one of the cabinets in the kitchen room then he returned to the living room where Ella is sitting. Cassandra did not leave her, instead, she tried her best to stop her from crying. "Ella, please stop, it is not good for the baby, he may be affected, and you don't want that to happen, right"     She only looked at the heiress and bowed her head, she wanted to tell Cassandra to leave her alone and never come back to her house but did not. All she did was keep quiet until she finally saw Imman. She jumped off her seat and rushed to him to hug him and make Cassandra jealous but the lawyer anticipated this, so he stood beside the heiress, thinking that this would prevent Ella from embracing him, but he was wrong.     Ella did not care if Cassandra was beside him or not, she clung to him and embraced him tightly, not wanting to let him go. Everyone who has seen Imman and Ella has thought that they are a couple and were married for a long time. Many a time when the pregnant woman had to ask the lawyer to assist her for she is feeling dizzy and while roaming around looking for the proper clothes for their child. At times, she had to stop and sit down with the assistance of Imman who was glad that he had come with her and promised her that he would also come next time to help her with choosing the stuff for their baby.      Most of the clothes they have bought were light colors and all with shades of blue.
