Kian  Nikki and I make our way back to my apartment, or should I say our apartment, because I do share it with her now. We had a blast the entire evening and I feel such relieve, I listened to Fayyim and Cloé's advice. They really know their shit, though it does help that Fayyim is an excellent spy and Cloé has a nick for finding out shit.  Though the thought that Nikki nearly left with another vampire the night I dragged her out of her comfortable life and into mine, it doesn't sit well with me, not well at all.
