For the Alpha のすべてのチャプター: チャプター 161 - チャプター 170

Danna pov"Where are you going?" Devin asked as I put on some slight mascara in front of his bedroom mirror."I'm off to see Nadeline, I want to get some updates on the state of her health." I shrugged, checking my bag to see if I had packed the supplement the internet had recommended to me. It was really good for dealing with people that had memory issues."Don't you think we've been enough help in the life of these people, we just spent the last few days hammering up and down their asses, we should take a break too." His voice came harsh and I didn't put too much thought into it."You're literally third in command, your pack's well being should be your first priority. Why are you getting upset with me for wanting to go check on my friend?" I raised my eyebrows at him, scanning through his drawer for the eyeliner I was certain I had left here in my last visit."We are supposed to be spending time together, trying to get to know each other more, not dealing with the alpha and Luna's

The next day the rogues had moved into the pack house. I had set beta Sean up to have an orientation with them to ease the load off my chest. I truly wasn't ready to have any encounter with the rogue whose name I was yet to know. Maybe I didn't feel the connection with her because I had a mate already but if she had called me her mate she had to have felt something maybe because she was an alpha child. That must be a pass she got even being a rogue for having the blood. After orientation we gave them pack funds and let them all stay in fives in one house. I knew they wouldn't mind even though that was very joking because they just wanted to have a roof over their head after all there's been through in the woods and distress and having to find food by themselves. They would appreciate it for sure.Danna had requested talking to me in my office and even though talking was the last thing I wanted to do right now, I gave her the audience because she certainly deserved it for the time they

DannaI had stood outside Devin's door for way too long, trying to practice how best I was going to present my apology to him. After that talk that I had with the Alpha I actually saw her in the wrong I was all you wanted was to spend time with me and you had every right to be upset if I was going to change that we are not been seeing each other properly in the past few days all because I was being too committed to my best friend that I was overshadowing the needs of my mate.'girl if you don't just turn that knob and walk in right now!' my wolf had grown impatient. She had not been on board with this in the first place so I completely understood her reaction, she was so drawn to Devin's wolf and genuinely suffered separation anxiety.'shut up and let me think, we separated on bad circumstances, he is probably still really mad at me, I can't just walk in there-" I let out a scream and jerked backwards when the door had come open abruptly."I thought I was being delusional when I caug

DannaI was on my way to Devin's. I had gone ahead and booked us a couple therapy session without informing him because he still wasn't taking to me.But I was going to take him with me whether he liked it or not. I knew the end results would come out very worth it in the end.I didn't bother to knock on his door when I got to the porch, "yeah I know you can smell me so just come out here." His sense of smell was much more integrated than mine being the third in command and that could be annoying sometimes."I will have you know that ignoring me is not going to do anything to solve the problem." I was hesitant and knew I wasn't going to leave until he showed forth.I was grateful when he came to the door eventually, "what is it this time Danna?""I know you're still upset with me even though I have explained that breaking up with you was not what I meant I was just mad at that time and even though you sent me out of your house like some complete stranger I'm not giving up on us we are

The entire situation had caused a kind of chaos in the pack with Selene gone. Not too many people had been aware about the whole situation of things and so there was not so many reactions. All through the night Ryan would not just let go of me, "it is like you've become a whole different person," he'd said."Ryan I'm literally going to the bathroom for crying out loud, can I get some freaking privacy." I said when he was attempting to follow me inside."Right now I need the old Nadeline, at least, she wanted me to coming to her at all times.""Okay I refuse to understand why you're referring to her as she,' I burst out laughing.'you are basically acting like you are two different people.' he chuckled. 'no but tell me for real if they have memories of everything that transpired so why don't you feel the same way anymore? How did it even come back?'"It was spontaneous, something about seeing Selene triggered something in me. Maybe because I'm trying to recover from memory loss I'm
