Two months later Luke's P.O.V Mum and auntie Anne went all out with the engagement party. There were people here who I had never met in my life and Alexia seemed just as confused as to who some of these people were. We decided that we would stay in our corner together to avoid any further confusion and weirdness from happening like earlier on. Anne's P.O.V All throughout the whole wedding and after party mum refused to speak more than the necessary two words with dad. It was turning into kind of an awkward situation, but thankfully, also the end of the party. I asked Liam if he would mind having dad stay with us for the time being, as I knew that mum wouldn't allow him to go and stay with her and he agreed.Luke and Lexi had booked a hotel room for the evening and would be going to the airport tomorrow for the start of their honeymoon, so that was one less thing to have to worry about currently. Darren seems to have taken a fancy towards his grandfather and they have both been talking about something for the last few hours. It's good that he is bonding with Darren but I also wanted to find out more about where he was and what he was doing during the time he had been away. I have been stuck here for the last three hours and nothing happened, nobody stopped to help as expected because with the rain it was already darker than usual and the fact that I must have broken something because the car shut off and now it won't start again really isn't helping.
