Sia was not at all happy with my decision but I don't give a damn. I've finished my breakfast when the bitch woke up. She narrows her eyes at our close proximity. The bitch was trying to intimidate me with her eyes. Sia hasn't even noticed her come in, too distracted my beauty to even bother."I won't let you meet Ruarc. It's not safe""You're saying that because you're jealous".Anita glared at me with so much hatred that I want to laugh. She's annoyed that Sia hasn't recognised her. She just woke up from sleep and her hair is still perfect. It's not fair."I'm not jealous. I'm just looking out for you".Anita is fuming just hearing Sia's words. Just to rile her up the more, I press myself against him, drawing circles on his thigh. Sia doesn't complain, nor does he push me away. It makes me happy and Anita made. My job is to distract Sia from seeing her, so I continued talking."I don't need you to look after me. Ruarc is capable of doing that"."Ruarc can't take care of you. He wil

The air thickened with tension as Ruarc glared at Sia, and Sia glared at me. My mouth is still hanging my mouth open, mind you. Ruarc is the first to break the silence, not with words, but actions. He pinches my lips close, so that Sia's dick won't go in. But man, I wanted it in. I scowl."Shouldn't you be with Anita?".Sia rolls his eyes again. "I thought something had happened to you. And I was right. Something did happen", he says, eyeing my bandaged ankle. His words tugged at my heartstrings. Did he really leave that bitch to come check up on me? My wolf is swooning."She's fine and doesn't need your help".I *do* need his help. Sia is the only one who can stop my impending lapdance with Ruarc and he just did that."Doesn't seem like it. It's obvious that you were about to force her into something she has no intention of doing"."Crinka, please tell my darling brother that I wasn't forcing you into anything"."He...he wasn't forcing me into anything", I say weakly."You don't have

I woke up to the sound of angry voices. I am naked, my side wrapped in a gauze stained with blood. The pain in my ankle had subsided, so I could move without difficulty. I throw the covers off me. The voices have gotten louder. I steady myself on my feet, feeling a little dizzy. The sun is rising just above the sky and so were their voices. I should be happy that they are fighting, but it's only giving me a migraine. I wobbled towards the door, holding my side. I can hear the sound of shattering glass. I want to go in and eavesdrop but I remember my nakedness. Sia might have seen me naked, but I don't think I want Anita seeing me in my birth suit. Glass shatters again."Why the fuck did you do that Anita? You nearly killed her!", Sia yells, glass shattering after he has spoken."And I would have if you hadn't intervened! Baby, stop throwing such expensive chinaware at me!", she shouts back.Is Sia the one throwing the glass? And at Anita? Whew, he must be really mad. "Why would you t

Anita looks real pretty in the short red backless dress she's twirling in. Six inch heels I would never think of wearing, she wore with pride. The dress hugged her curves, advertising her cleavage. Her thin lips are a bloody red, earrings sparkling. She is dressed up, looking all nice and lovely, for a murderer."You know, it was stupid of you to think that you can come in between Sia and I. He would never allow anyone to seperate us, so don't bother trying", she says snarkily. I roll my eyes at her antics."I learnt my lesson the hard way. I can never do such a thing now that this already healed wound would be a constant reminder" *of how much I hate you*, I wanted to add."Whatever. Sia says red suits me, you know since I have red hair", she says, checking herself again in the mirror.Red is not only the thing that suits you. Blood is. How can she be so comfortable with this slutty outfit? Shouldn't he be worried that another man would look at her? It's jealousy I know, but I don't want

"Are you mad?", I ask him for the third time since we have left Ruarc's house. Sia hasn't spoken to me since then, brooding, eyes fixed on the road before him. I wonder if he stole this car as well. He is driving with only one hand, and the car smelt of Sia, leather and Anita. He doesn't answer, just puts on the radio, to block out my voice. That means he is mad. But he has no right to be! I was simply enjoying myself with Ruarc, just as he was enjoying himself with Anita. Despite the unwanted sound, I still shouted so he could hear my voice over the sound. "Fine. Don't answer me. It's not like I care.""Get out".I wince at his harshness. I hadn't even known we had reached the cabin and I get down, my arse asleep. Sia slams the door of the cabin shut, throwing the car keys on the table. I'm guessing he didn't steal it then. Seriously I am pissed with his behaviour."Will you stop behaving like a child?", I yell. He blinks, as if he is surprised I am still talking to him."I don't ev

"So what do we do now? Cecilia is not with Massa and neither is she with Eloive". I asked, taking off my shoes. Sia popped a button on his shirt. "Nothing. I only volunteered to help so I can decide to wash her case off my hands". "But don't you think you owe it to Eloive to help? He would get in serious trouble with his father". "I do well to avoid situations like this. Cecilia is not missing and neither does she want to be found. You were right after all, she is with her lover". What was he saying? Eloive clearly stated that he had no idea where Cecilia was. "What do you mean?". "I don't know why he lied and it doesn't matter how I know about that". "Maybe he doesn't trust you. Perharps he was scared you would report him to Ruarc. Forget it. Where's your lover?", I ask looking around the cabin. I didn't see her when we left for Eloive's, and I haven't seen her today. "She left. Gone to him. Just like you initially wanted. And stop acting like you care about her whereabouts",

"Close your eyes. If you open them, I'll know and I'll collar you"."You're an asshole. A filthy, malignant piece of..."His snide laughter shuts me up. "You insult me, you insult yourself. So shut up and keep moving".I wish I had provided proof. I wish I hadn't gotten carried away by him. But it is too late for wishes now. I have no idea where he's taking me, but I just hope it's not what I am thinking. I stumble behind him, eyes closed. I can feel jarred rocks beneath the worn out sneakers he had forced on my feet. "Open your eyes".I oblige, marveling at the sight of burning candles on rose petals floating on top of water. There's a small boat, canoe rather, to my right. It has a lit candle on the deck, and I can see the faint outline of wine glasses, and a bottle. Sia and wine.Even though the scenery is nice, why would he bring me here? To this place? I am suspicious, but I don't let it show when I said, "You didn't have to".He just shrugged, pushing the boat, so that it staye

Move! But I don't know how to! I don't even know how to swim!Oh quit with the I don't know how! If you don't move now! We are gonna die! And if I die, how would I be able to put you in place?, my subconscious snarls at me.You would have no need for that once we die, I shout back.Don't just give up! Move your arse girl!. I move. Oh not like that!Crinka think! Think! Think!I try to lie down on the water, but that doesn't work. So I start pushing my body forward. It's a lot of work, but I'm moving. Yay me! I try to increase my speed. It's difficult, but I've reached the boat, staring at Sia's back. The water has washed away my scent so he hasn't noticed me. Judging from the slight tilt of his head, it's obvious he's looking for me. Does he think I have drowned?“You know if you wanted to hide, you could have stopped breathing and stopped your heart from beating”.I freeze upon hearing his voice. Sia turns around, pushing his hair out of his eyes. “See? I got away with it, and you g

"If I don't come knocking on your door, know it is not your time"-Death. Pain.Intense and mortifying pain.It spread from his toenails upwards, choking him. Ruarc could barely understand what was happening to him. He felt this pain when Nuella died. Now it is here again, and Ruarc hopes the goddess is not playing games with him. Second chance mates are rare, and only the good people have them. Heaven knows, he's not a good person. Whoever this person is, is dying and Ruarc hopes the person had spent their dying momets in good hands. His heart skipped a beat every now and then and Ruarc could feel himself getting hotter. The AC was on."Cocci!"No answer. Ruarc muttered a curse. His chest is getting congested, and lower, he felt like his intenstines are being ripped out. Bullet and stab wounds he could endure. But not this. He wondered how Davidson had survived this.It stopped. Just like that and Ruarc wondered if the person is dead. He gets up quickly leaning against the wall, tryi

Sia hadn’t gone to get me painkillers. There were actually painkillers in the house and I’m hurt he lied about it. No. Sia had gotten me something I never expected from him.A pregnancy test.I stare at the stick he’s handing to me, incomprehensible thoughts flooding my brain. Why had he done it? Did he think I was pregnant? Do I think I’m pregnant? Can I even be pregnant? Is this the reason he asked me to go see a doctor? To check if I’m positive? If I am, what would happen next? Would Sia reject it? Me? My life and baby will be in danger because of Anita. Will I even accept it? I don’t like children and even if I ever wanted one, not like this. Not when I’m omega. Not when I’m a rogue and also not as a slave. Sia’s slave, Sia’s property. If Sia and I haven’t had sex, I would have wondered how this child came about. Sia waits patiently for me to get over my shock and say something and I do.“You think I am pregnant?”, I ask in disbelief. “Seriously?”.Sia exhales. “I don’t want to th
