DARVIN.I watched as Riley held Nadia as if she was the most precious thing in the world while she climbed into his big car. And for once, I couldn’t stop the smile from tugging on my mouth.I wondered if I would ever reach this stage.Wow! What the fuck was that? Was that me? When did I ever think about a life with a mate? "Are you sure you didn’t want to come with us? We can talk more." Riley snapped me out of my thoughts."Some other day, man. Thanks for the offer.""Are you okay, Alpha Darvin? Did something happen?" Nadia looked at me. Concern was flitting in her eyes.Nadia and Katarina grew up together, and although I never interfered with their friendship, I saw them both blossom into the fine females that they are now. But looking at Nadia in the arms of Riley was a revelation. Gone was the self-conscious female who never dared look me in the eyes, replaced by a very confident and self-assured female who could match up to Riley in every way."I am doing great, Luna. I just re

DOMINIC. "Sofia!" She was standing in front of Luna Nadia and spun around to look at me the moment I called her name. "What the fuck are you doing here?" I didn’t mean to sound rude, but I was disappointed she risked going in here for whatever reason because the danger was still lurking somewhere. And the last thing I wanted was for harm to come her way. I was waiting for her reply, but instead, she launched forward as her arms flew, wrapping them around me as her face slammed into my chest. I was so caught off guard that we staggered a bit backward before I was able to balance us. My own arms wrapped around her body as she snuggled against me. "Beta Dom!" Her voice was as sweet as my favorite wine. Gone was the animosity in her voice whenever she tried to piss me off. "Ahem…" The Luna cleared her voice, drawing my attention to her. "That’s my cue to leave. Go take some private receiving room. Warriors are coming in and out, so you won’t be disturbed." She smiled teasingly before

SOFIA. I crushed my lips against Dominic’s, stopping him from saying more words because there was no way I would not have him inside me tonight. And just as I was hoping, he didn’t try to stop me from doing what I wanted. My legs snaked around his hips as he walked us to the bathroom, depositing me on the toilet counter before he prepared the shower for us. My pussy was throbbing hard just by looking at him. He was moving flawlessly, and the fact that his chest was bare was making me giddy. He had all the right muscles in all the right places, and I couldn’t believe how lucky I was that he wanted me as his chosen mate. I bit my bottom lip, my hands clutching the counter edge as I watched him walk back to where I was. He stopped in front of me and, without uttering any words, began to unbuckle his belt, making my eyes widen in anticipation. He was stripping in front of me, and I couldn’t help the gasp that came out of my throat the moment his cock sprang free from his boxers. Oh,

DARVIN.I went home late last night only to find out both my sisters were gone from the packhouse and were already at the Silver Moon territory. I knew Katarina was planning to head there early today, but with Sofia, who probably had no intention of coming home yesterday and being the good sister that she had always been, Katarina probably decided to follow her there. But both my sisters had never slept anywhere else in all their lives except our home. And if I wasn’t so exhausted last night, I would have driven directly to Riley’s pack just to make sure they were both safe. But I didn’t have the strength anymore to keep my body alive the whole night, especially when I haven’t been able to sleep lately. So here I was, after just four hours of sleep, making my way to Riley’s packhouse. I knew Sofia and Dominic wanted each other, but I was a bit hesitant—they were not fated mates. But looking at them together proved me wrong. Regardless of whether they would end up as fated mates or not,

DARVIN. Many things happened in the last three weeks, but the threat of Achilles was still looming in the air. But at this point, I was thankful that my sisters have their mates to rely on now for their protection. Sofia mostly stayed at the Silver Moon Pack with Beta Dominic. There were days they would come here and stay for the night, but mostly, because of his duty as Riley’s Beta, they had to be there. Katarina, on the other hand, would be moving out today and transferring to Lucas’ territory. The packhouse would be empty without the females I spent my whole life trying to protect. I knew no one would fill the void that they would leave, but I would never use it as an excuse to hold them back. My sisters would be better off with the males that loved them and could protect them when I couldn’t. I was notified that Lucas’ car had entered the territory as well as Dominic’s car. Lucas would be picking up Katarina while Sofia and Dominic would come to see her off and meet up with m
