LILY'S POVI can sense his presence in my room and not in a good sense either. He’s mad. Actually, mad would probably be a major understatement. I'd venture to say he was irate and possibly on the edge of shifting. Because of that I’m trying my hardest to make it seem as if I’m still sleeping.“I know you’re awake. I could hear your heartbeat quicken, so you may as well get up and explain,” he says with a sigh.I gulp and spring off the bed. “Bathroom!”I sprint for the door and throw it open. I can hear Andy curse behind me and jump up to give chase. He almost caught me when I had to stop and open the door, but I’m just too quick for him.I’m running down the hallway laughing manically. Everybody is looking at me like I’m crazy, but I don’t let it phase me.“Lily! You better stop! When I catch you, you better be prepared for the spanking of a life time.” He threatens while running after me.“Is that supposed to scare me? You’ll never catch me!” I yell back, laughing.I hear him growl

JET POVWhen I heard that a Fae was enrolled to start in school I immediately made my way here. I knew it was Lily, and I had a lot to discuss with her. Plus, I really missed her and needed to see with my own eyes that she was alive and well.I convinced them to let me be a teacher, and I used a spray that masked my scent and changed it to that of a wolf. Nobody would be able to tell that I was a Fae. To say I was shocked when I first saw her would be an understatement. Gone was the innocent eleven year old girl I had left. In her place stood a young woman who looked to have gone through way too much for the small amount of years she had lived.I was bewildered that it took her so long to recognize me, but when she did she was irate. I have no clue how she managed to keep her powers under control, and although she was mad I couldn’t help but be thrilled that I found her. Seeing Lily now makes my past decisions twenty times worse. Once she told me that she made her first kill at age el

We were all ready go. It was safe to say that if a passing student saw us, they would think we were gonna go rob a bank.Everybody was decked out in black, and the guys had a black ski mask covering their face. I tried to tell them that they looked ridiculous, but they wouldn’t listen to me. They insisted it was a necessity, so that if we were spotted, they wouldn’t be recognized.I just let them have their fun. It wouldn’t do any good to point out that they would know their scents, especially Colton.I tried to talk Colton out of coming because if his dad found out he was involved all hell would break loose for him. He reassured me that it wouldn’t matter if he found out. His dad already made his life hell, and he couldn’t do anything to make it worse. I couldn’t help but think that there were many ways his dad could make his life worse.I had four daggers, a gun, my bow and arrows, and a sword as weapons. The guys went a little less drastic and only brought one gun each. They prefer

I must admit that I look flipping awesome, and I feel like a bad ass ninja.I’ve got two swords strapped to my back, a wide belt full of daggers, a couple guns, and several more daggers in random places on my body. Plus a few throwing stars tucked into any place available.I quickly spray myself with the scent erasing spray and put up my veil. I now have blonde hair, am wearing basic jeans and a t shirt, and I’m a dude. Satisfied I turn to let the guys okay it.“That’s freaky. You could for real pass as a guy,” Duke says.“So, do I pass inspection?” I verify.“Yeah, you do,” Cade assures me.I turn to Colton and look him directly in. the eye. “Are you sure you want to come? Your dad is probably going to lose his life today. Is that something you can handle? If not then I completely understand. I don’t think I could handle that.”He thinks on it for a minute, and then nods his head. “Yeah I want to go. It’ll be hard losing my dad, but in all honesty he probably deserves to die. He’s do

Once I was dressed in my sleeveless little black dress we made our way to the club.Shots were passed around and everybody drank to a job well done. Most of the Fae came out, and the expressions on every ones face were hilarious. Mouths dropped to the floor, eyes about popped out of their sockets, and I’m fairly sure I saw several strings of drool hanging out.Grimacing, I made my way to the dance floor. Moving my body with the beat I danced the night away. When I finally reached my dancing limit, I started wondering where Andy was. I had several guys try to dance with me, and normally he would have beaten them to death by now.I let the bond guide me to him and found him in a very, shall we say, compromising position. Some barely dressed blonde was grinding against him as if she was the stripper and he was her pole. The only reason I wasn’t furious with him is because not only could I feel his discomfort and annoyance, but I could see it.I was trying not to laugh because he was pres
