Tyler's POV;For a moment, I thought Lucy was asking me to sleep with her, how stupid I was to think like that and I smiled at myself. As I laid on the couch in her room, I saw her sleeping on the bed. I thought she was embarrassed of me when she asked me to turn off the lights. Lucy's POV;The first day I met Tyler at my club, he was sitting in a corner by himself, nursing his drink, as if it were the only thing keeping him alive right now. He was looking down at his drink, so absorbed in whatever thoughts had driven him here that he hadn't heard me approach and greet him. I stood behind him for a moment, waiting to see what would happen next. But after an awkward silence, I asked, "Sir, liqueur?" and he finally looked up at me with wide eyes and a startled look on his face. His cheeks were flushed red and his hair was mussed, but he still managed to be one of the most beautiful people I'd ever seen, even in the dim light. Lucy's pov;At Tyler's house, While I was packing the clothes in my room, Tyler walked in asking, "Have you tried the gown again we bought yesterday…" he paused for a moment and asked, "What are you doing? Why are you packing all your dresses?""I'm leaving.""To where? Are you going on any trip?""I'm leaving this house once and for all.""Why? What happened?" Lucy's POV;Tyler tapped on my shoulder which made me turn and look at him. He asked, "What are you doing here?" I realised that I was in the kitchen and answered him, "Making lunch." And continued washing the vegetables. "You just got your cast removed. Don't strain it by cooking. Leave it to me, I'll take care of it.""It's been four days already. My hand doesn't hurt anymore."He removed the apron while saying, "We got a Christmas dinner to attend this weekend so don't get yourself in trouble by cooking." He held my shoulders and made me walk to the living room, made me sit on the couch and said, "If you feel bored, watch television. The lunch will be ready in a while." And walked back into the kitchen. I shouted while being in the living room, "Can I atleast chop vegetables for you?" "No need. Thank you for asking babe." He shouted back.
