The Mute Luna のすべてのチャプター: チャプター 121 - チャプター 130

Olivia's POVI had seen Susan in the middle of the road the instant I felt the urge to turn around when Gabi and I were looking at the puppet display alongside the books inside the store by the window. Then, I saw an oncoming vehicle and without thinking, I ran into the road."Miss, wait!" The guard that had accompanied us to the book store said after me, but I wasn't listening. I ran into the road and pushed Susan out of the way and I got hit just before the car driver could pull the brakes and I found myself slipping into unconsciousness as an abyss of darkness enveloped me.Susan's POVI scrambled on my knees towards her. "Olivia, Olivia," I called her repeated in fear and anxiety as I got to her.I saw people running towards us and I realized that it was Gabi and a guard from the palace. "Holy Lord," Gabi gasped in shock."Give me room, let's take her to the car and immediately to the hospital," the guard suggested in a commanding tone as he picked up Olivia from the ground. The

Susan's POVI could see how weak Devon has become as we walked out of the doctor's office. Fear of Olivia losing her memory was overwhelming him. "Devon, I think you should go home and come back tomorrow. It's late already," I suggested. He shook his head. "No, you go home and come back tomorrow. I'll stay with Olivia," he said and i sighed."If you'll need me to bring anything back, please let me know," I said to him and he nodded as he walked over to Olivia's ward.I walked over to the hospital bench where Gabi was already falling asleep. "Gabi, let's go home," I said as I tapped her gently. She opened her eyes and then straightened up. "What about Miss Olivia? Is she alright?" She asked.I nodded with a small smile. "Let's just hope and pray that she wakes up soon, hmm?" I replied."I believe she will," she replied."Me too," I said. "Now, let's go home," I added and she got up to her feet."I'll drop you both," Jones suggested and I readily agreed. I was not in the right frame of

Brent's POV"Why do I suddenly care?" I snickered at Damian. "She's my daughter irrespective of what I feel towards her, she's my daughter and why I care is none of your goddamn business," I said to him in anger.Actually, I did not care one bit for Olivia. I was here because she was a tool to get to Devon and Rodrigo and I could not afford to lose her at this point.Immediately I got a call from an unknown caller about her being involved in an accident and now in coma, I had to rush down here without caring who gave the call.Rodrigo had been with me when the call came and he was furious and tensed at the same time.Damian scoffed. "Please, tell those lies to someone who doesn't know you," he said."One more word from that foul mouth of yours, I will break your jaw," I warned him."I'll love to see you try," he dared me and I advanced towards him when the door to the ward opened."That's about enough, Brent," I heard Devon say and I looked at him. He looked distraught and it was obvi

Devon's POVFinally, I got myself and I rushed over to her. "Olivia, thank goodness you're awake," I said in happiness, but she cringed the instant I got close to her and withdrew from me.I was surprised at this sudden behavior. "Olivia," I called her but she just stared at me in fear and with a look in her eyes that she did not know me. "Susan! Susan!" I yelled out, going over to the door. She immediately got in before I could open the door. "Yes, Devon?" She responded in perplexity."Tell Damian to call the doctor. Olivia is awake," I said and her eyes widened in happiness."I'll do so now," she replied and immediately left and I went back to Olivia, but she was looking for means to hide away without talking to me and I had a feeling that it was bad. I was finding it hard to believe that it had to do with what the doctor had said.Susan returned into the room and she immediately rushed to Olivia. "Olivia, I'm so happy that you're awake. You have no idea how happy I feel right now,

Olivia's POVI closed my eyes and those blurry images came again, disturbing me more than before. The name, Devon, got stuck in my head and was refusing to leave.I opened my eyes as I wondered what was happening to me. The door opened and I saw father walk into the room. I swallowed as fear gripped me. Was I about to be taken back home to more assaults and pain?I sat up, looking down at my fingers unable to look at him and I could tell I was visibly shaking. I have always been a scared person. I was scared of my family, but mostly scared of my father.More people walked into the room and I was tempted to look up. I did look up and I saw that it was the same man and woman that were excited about me waking up. People I did not know but felt awfully familiar, also another man walked in with them."Hi, Olivia, I'm doctor Susan," the woman introduced herself and I looked at her briefly before looking down at my finge
